I had an excellent experience with James at A1 Muffler. I brought him my 2026 BMW X5 for a completely custom valved exhaust setup, and he absolutely nailed it. From the beginning, James listened to exactly what I was trying to accomplish. I wanted something with a deeper, punchier tone that would come alive when I got on the throttle, but I did NOT want an obnoxiously loud exhaust or something that would drone on the highway. He took the time to work through the design with me and custom fabricated the system using 409 stainless steel, integrating the valved muffler and quad exhaust tips while retaining portions of the factory exhaust where it made sense. The fabrication and attention to detail came out fantastic. The quad tips are symmetrical, positioned perfectly, and angled to follow the lines of the rear bumper and diffuser. Nothing looks thrown together or like a generic universal exhaust installation—it looks like it belongs on the vehicle. Most importantly, it sounds exactly how I hoped it would. I went here to get a cracked flex pipe replaced (the lower one - second pic shows repair) and they did an excellent job. It was $275 and done in about 1-1.5 hrs. They took the exhaust off for the repair, and didn't charge a crazy amount for it, and they also replaced a broken exhaust hanger bracket and realigned things to stop that leak. The "lawn mower" putter my car was making has stopped and it drives much more smoothly. These guys are great and I appreciate their quality work and reasonable pricing! I will definitely go back here again for any exhaust-related issues 🙏 I had initially gone to another shop last week to repair the top (blackened) flexpipe because it also had a crack and leak. The other shop rushed the job and overcharged me (~$450), also leaving splatter on the lower pipe. They didn't even remove the exhaust for the repair, and you can see the difference in quality with the repair this shop did. If I had the time and less concern about the leak the front one had, I would have chosen A1 to do the replacement instead. I highly recommend A1 Muffler for quality and reasonable prices. If you guys looking for muffler, delete or exhaust weld or replace carry converters, this is the best place to go to really good people.

Family-owned business I always love to support more than corporate on top of it being a hard year and everything so expensive he went to the extent of giving me all options for my catalytic converter clearly explains all warranty aspects to all of it and that made me feel even more comfortable spending more than a grand for great job A1 Express Muffler I hope to say I don't have more exhaust problems but if I ever do I will be going to the shop any day and will recommend you to friends and family in need

Got my electric exhaust cut out installed for my 2011 toyota rav4 they did a great job. this is my second time coming in here. Last time they installed a flow master on my tahoe. They got the job done fast and clean and very good quality work and a great price.
